These General Terms of Use and Sale (GTUS) govern access to and use of the OhMyDoug platform (ohmydoug.com) by individual users. By creating an account or using our services, you accept these GTUS without reservation.
Purpose and Service Description
OhMyDoug is a digital platform that allows pet owners to perform behavioral assessments for their pet (dog or cat), find and contact qualified animal care professionals, and use exercise tracking tools. Published by [COMPANY_NAME], [ADDRESS].
Registration and User Account
Creating an account is required for certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may delete your account at any time from the settings. Fraudulent use may result in account suspension.

Some services are free (viewing professional profiles, partial access to assessment results). Paid services include: Basic behavioral assessment and Premium behavioral assessment. Payment
Payment is made online securely via Stripe (PCI-DSS certified). We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. We do not store any bank card data.

Under consumer protection law, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with your express consent. Liability

Applicable Law
These GTUS are governed by French law. In case of unresolved dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction. As a consumer, you also benefit from the protections of your country of residence if they are more favorable.
Amendments
