Animal Care Professionals

Professional contact details (name, email, phone); SIRET number and information about your activity; subscription data and billing history; exchanges with your prospects.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (account management and service provision), your consent (marketing communications, non-essential cookies), our legitimate interests (service improvement, security) and compliance with legal obligations (accounting data retention).

Retention Period

Account data: retained for the duration of registration, then deleted within 3 years of account closure. Payment data: retained for 10 years (legal requirement). Behavioral assessments: retained for 5 years. Messaging data: retained for 2 years after the last exchange.

Data Recipients

Your data is processed by our subprocessors within the strict scope of their missions: Stripe (payments — United States, covered by standard contractual clauses); MongoDB Atlas (data hosting — European Union). We never sell your data to third parties.
